How it will work · planned

Simple.
On your terms.

Tell it what you've got, follow the moves, tap Done. That's the plan for launch. It isn't live yet.

Four steps · at launch

From "what have I got?" to done

  1. Tell it your kitPick the equipment you have or can get to: nothing at all, a mat, dumbbells, bands or a full gym.
  2. Pick your time and level10, 20 or 30+ minutes. Beginner or more. Home or gym.
  3. Watch the instructorEach move shows start and end drawings for you to follow, with a timer, rest countdown and a preview of what's next. No camera: nothing watches you.
  4. Tap DoneLog it with one tap and add a note on how it felt, if you like. No streaks, no scores.

Coaching, at the top level only

AI coach

Planned for the Coach level: a coach that builds, adjusts and talks you through workouts. It isn't available yet.

Camera form checks

Planned for after the AI coach, Coach level only, and always optional: rep counting and cues like "go deeper". Not built yet.

The rules it's being built by

No pressure, built in

No pressure

No calorie targets, no streaks, no guilt messages and no "you missed a day".

Nothing set until you say so

Goals will be optional. Measurements, pictures and weight will stay off until you switch them on.

Private by default

Progress photos will stay private and never be shared unless you choose to share them.

Food

A food tracker, not a calorie counter

At launch, you'll log food with a photo, a quick note or a meal tag. No numbers unless you turn them on yourself. There's an optional water tracker planned too.

A quick, calm note: if you have an injury or a health condition, check with a doctor before starting something new. Go at your own pace, and stop if anything hurts.
